With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Season:2020
Brand:Giant
Code:2013303RED
The new Giant Fathom E+ 1 Pro 29er electric hardtail mountain bike is built around a 120mm RockShox fork and a lightweight ALUXX SL aluminium frame with trail-friendly geometry.
Motor assist comes courtesy of a SyncDrive Pro motor developed in conjunction with Yamaha which is powered by a 500Wh EnergyPak battery that’s integrated into the downtube. The new and improved RideControl One handlebar control buttons are easy to use on the fly and power setup can be tuned further using the Giant e-bike app, which also connects you with health, fitness and navigation functions.
Designed to ride on a variety of terrain, from mild XC to more challenging technical trails the Fathom E+ 1 Pro delivers responsive hardtail handling in spades.
Mountain Bikes tend to use the T-Shirt sizing of S, M, L etc. or will have the seat tube measurement in INCHES. Why mountain bikes are inches and road bikes are CM who knows, but the part of the frame being measured is the same.
As a rule of thumb if you can identify your size as Medium on one brand, you should use that as a starting point on another brand too.
If you already own a medium mountain bike for example and are comfortable with the sizing, start there.
If you need any more advice on bike sizing for mountain bikes please contact us and we can help you make the right choice.
