With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The Giant Reign 29 SX is an all-new full-suspension 29er which is ready for all kinds of action; from rowdy bikepark adventures to weekend enduros and daily trail sessions. The SX version features a longer travel fork (170mm) and a coil shock.

Its engineered with progressive new geometry thats optimised for its 29-inch wheels. That means shorter chainstays, a longer top tube, and head tube/seat tube angles that put you in the perfect position to slay all types of singletrack.
The updated Maestro Suspension gives you 146mm of smooth, active rear travel that features a new trunnion mount shock and advanced forged carbon composite rocker arm. Mountain Bikes tend to use the T-Shirt sizing of S, M, L etc. or will have the seat tube measurement in INCHES. Why mountain bikes are inches and road bikes are CM who knows, but the part of the frame being measured is the same.
As a rule of thumb if you can identify your size as Medium on one brand, you should use that as a starting point on another brand too.
If you already own a medium mountain bike for example and are comfortable with the sizing, start there.
