With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

The Specialized Rockhopper Comp hardtail mountain bike is ready for big days filled with fun and adventure.
You can settle in for any climb with the Shimano Altus 18-speed drivetrain with two chainrings and a wide-range cassette for the perfect gear on any terrain, and the ergonomic rapidfire plus trigger shifters offer precise gear changes without changing your grip and compromising control. Meanwhile the A1 alloy frame's smooth and comfortable ride keeps you feeling fresh and ready for anything.
Specialized have spec'd different front and rear tyres optimized around each wheel's purpose. The front Ground Control Sport has aggressive side knobs for grippy cornering bite in varied conditions and the low center tread on the Fast Trak rear provides efficient power transfer and faster rolling.
The SR Suntour suspension fork gives a responsive ride, Shimano hydraulic brakes are reliable in all conditions and the ergonomic Stout XC handlebar provides a comfortable rider position with superb control, so the Rockhopper Comp really is good to go.
Mountain Bikes tend to use the T-Shirt sizing of S, M, L etc. or will have the seat tube measurement in INCHES. Why mountain bikes are inches and road bikes are CM who knows, but the part of the frame being measured is the same.
As a rule of thumb if you can identify your size as Medium on one brand, you should use that as a starting point on another brand too.
If you already own a medium mountain bike for example and are comfortable with the sizing, start there.
If you need any more advice on bike sizing for mountain bikes please contact us and we can help you make the right choice.
