The customer is at the heart of our business. We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Advisor to continue delivering excellent service to our customers through a variety of channels. This includes phones, webchat, social media and email correspondence. Experience in some or all of these channels is required.
We are passionate about cycling and want to communicate this to our customers. Based in Crawley, we currently have 12 stores in London and the South and a flourishing E-Commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring, responding and resolving customer queries including technical queries will form the major part of the role. The role doesn’t stop there and you will be expected to take on any other customer service-related tasks.
