Using the free Element Companion App, you can customise your settings, rider profile, create routes simply and easily. The screen itself is a vibrant 2.2\u201d 64 colour screen, this makes seeing your data or routes much easier. With a battery life of 15hrs your adventure doesn\u2019t need to be cut short. Using the Wahoo Bolt is easy thanks to its tactile, convex buttons. The ambient light sensor will ensure you can read the display at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Navigation couldn’t be simpler, you can create a route with turn-by-turn directions by simply selecting a location on the Element Bolt. But that is just for starters. If you take a wrong turn, Back on Track will get you re-routed, Route to Start will give you turn-by-turn directions for the shortest route back to the start of your ride. If you have a route loaded but aren\u2019t at the start of it, Get Me Started will take care of that. If you want to return to the starting point of your ride, you can use Retrace Your Route where turn-by-turn directions will ensure you arrive at the designated point. Fancy heading to a point on a map, Take Me To will do that and if you have a favourite location and want to get there on the fly, Saved Locations will take care of that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quicklook LEDs allow you to keep an eye on your power, HR, speed, turn-by-turn directions and other notifications. This includes text, WhatsApp and email alerts during your ride but don’t worry, they can be turned off in Do Not Disturb mode. Turn-by-turn directions will appear on-screen and scrolling LED turn directions or you can use the Take Me To feature, this generates an optimised route complete with turn-by-turn cues and elevation details on the climbing screen so you can know what to expect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you’re targeting a particular Strava segment to beat your personal best, the Element Bolt integrates with Strava Live Segments. You’ll be alerted before the segment begins, you’ll see your progress status for your goal and if you’re close to a PR or KOM you’ll get a unique Final Push, no excuses now. Planned workouts automatically sync to your Element and send notifications at each interval. The Bolt comes pre-loaded with three Team Ineos Grenadiers workouts and two FTP tests. This can be used on the road or will control your smart trainer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can pair the Bolt with the Kickr Bike and Kickr Smart Trainers, allowing you to train in four different modes: route simulation, ERG, Level or Passive which will record your workout controlled by another app. Your indoor sessions will never be the same again, with workouts even more realistic. Live Tracking will locate friends or other Element users with real-time locations on the map screen or share your location with friends by text or email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
