This includes phones, webchat, social media and email correspondence. Experience in some or all of these channels is required. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are passionate about cycling and want to communicate this to our customers. Based in Crawley, we currently have 12 stores in London and the South and a flourishing E-Commerce business. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Monitoring, responding and resolving customer queries including technical queries will form the major part of the role. The role doesn’t stop there and you will be expected to take on any other customer service-related tasks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
