Got Tour Fever? Fancy giving it a go yourself in 2026? (No, really).
Cure Leukaemia are the UK’s official Tour de France charity partner and run 2 incredible fundraising event opportunities that run alongside the pro men’s and women’s races.
The “Tour 21” event sees a group of amateur cyclists take on all 21 stages of the men’s Tour de France course a week ahead of the pro peloton.

“The Route” gives an opportunity for women who are keen to challenge themselves to take on the complete Tour de France Femmes Avec Zwift one day ahead of the pros.

Riders of both events will be raising funds for Cure Leukaemia’s critical work, providing blood cancer patients with access to innovative and potentially life-saving treatments through clinical trials.
Each event is fully supported, meaning your accommodation, meals, and fuelling are covered in your entry fee. Other perks include closed roads, full mechanical support, sports therapist support and an official team bus to transport you between stages.
This is as close to the pro experience as you can get, without actually being a professional rider!

Full media coverage is also provided for both events – fame at last!
Applications for both events are now open – click below for more info and to apply.
Not ready for the Tour? Why not take on London 2 Paris?

About Cure Leukaemia:
Cure Leukaemia was established in 2003 by Professor Charlie Craddock CBE and patients Graham Silk and Michael Woolley to allow patients with blood cancer in the Birmingham region to access remarkably effective new treatments which were then becoming available.
Since then, Cure Leukaemia has been able to expand to a national level, and they are now able to offer potential life-saving treatment to patients across the UK. This support drives significant global advancements in blood cancer treatment, impacting those affected by the disease worldwide.
Thanks to their huge CL Family of dedicated fundraisers, Cure Leukaemia has been able to continue to grow each year and connect more patients to potentially lifesaving treatment.
