With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The Giant Trance 29 1 is an all-round trail bike with full suspension and 29-inch wheels which comes into its own on fast-flowing singletrack.
This super-versatile trail machine is built on an updated ALUXX-SL aluminium frameset that blends Giant's latest maestro suspension technology with progressive, trail-oriented geometry. The result is agile and efficient climbing capabilities plus added control for high-speed descents.
To soak up every bump, from big rocks to small undulations, Giant gave it a trunnion mount shock and an advanced forged carbon composite upper rocker arm. This combination produces 115mm of smooth, active rear-wheel travel that puts you in control. Up front, it features a 130mm travel Fox 34 Float Performance Elite suspension fork, and the overall geometry has been tuned and developed to maximise its performance on rugged trails. The larger 29-inch diameter wheels roll over obstacles with balance and stability, giving you the momentum to tackle technical climbs and the confidence to fly on fast, rugged singletrack descents. The Giant Contact Switch dropper post with remote allows you to instantly adapt to changing terrain.
The Giant Trance 29 1 is a short-travel bike with modern trail geometry, making it quick, responsive, and excellent fun.
Mountain Bikes tend to use the T-Shirt sizing of S, M, L etc. or will have the seat tube measurement in INCHES. Why mountain bikes are inches and road bikes are CM who knows, but the part of the frame being measured is the same.
As a rule of thumb if you can identify your size as Medium on one brand, you should use that as a starting point on another brand too.
If you already own a medium mountain bike for example and are comfortable with the sizing, start there.
