• Absolutely great service, highly recommend this store!

  I pre-ordered the bike over the phone during week and collected it over the weekend.

  The bike was assembled. I was able to test ride it at London Field Park. They even observed me on the bike in store for the best cycling position to prevent injury.

  This is my first road bike, so there’s many things that I had no knowledge of. The staff was very patient in explaining everything, suggesting the best tools, gears, and equipment that best suit me and the bike.

  Thank you to Finley, Sophie and Sam. All three staff rotated in providing service, I spent 2 hours at the shop. They were all experienced and knowledgeable which made the whole experience enjoyable.

  Very happy with the purchase and exceptional customer service.

  I look forward to the bike workshop that we mentioned 🙂

• I recently bought a bike, helmet & panniers from here through the Cycle to Work voucher scheme. I did a test ride of 3 bikes prior to this & then another to make sure I was happy with the bike I had chosen. Every member of staff with whom I interacted was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable & professional. They all took their time to advise me & I never felt rushed to make a decision.

  The voucher scheme was smooth & easy to set up & purchase.

  The shop was well stocked, clean & easy to find your way around things.

  Highly recommend!

• Fantastic service of my rear hydraulic brake by Innis. So kind, quick and professional. A last minute opportunity to join the Stone Circle Gravel Festival required a review of my brakes. It is really tricky for bike workshops to respond to walk ins in the summer and I try hard to avoid arriving with an urgent problem but circumstances ran away from me. On every tricky descent with my brakes working like a dream I felt grateful to my excellent local Balfe's team and their impeccable support of my cycling adventures.
