Definitely my go to bike shop of choice in Chiswick. Helpful knowledgeable staff. Efficient booking in of e-bike for service and minor repairs. All my comments and requests were accurately noted on the work sheet which was included on the invoice. Very reasonable pricing. No unnecessary upselling. Bike felt like new after service, new chain and gear cable. Beautifully clean. Ride was unbelievably smooth and rattle free. Very pleased overall. Definitely my go to bike shop of choice in Chiswick.
