• Awesome service from everyone at Balfes walterloo, great advice and helped me understand general maintenance to the bike like how to change the tyre as I’m very new to it.

• I brought my bike for a post crash assessment (hit a bus), they found barely anything wrong with it and used the assessment money towards a service instead, leaving me with store credit after having fixed the bike!

  They took no more than 2 days from first call to getting it fixed.

  All of that whilst being nice and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone!

• I had such a great experience with the team at Balfe's in Waterloo. Having been to another branch, where the team were not super helpful or knowledgeable about their own stock, my experience here with this team was completely different. I was met with kindness and friendliness and as someone who knows very little past my own research about bikes, the guys there did not make me feel stupid at all for asking questions. I came back to this store to order my bike. Whilst it was the closest to my workplace there are other stores which are closer to my home, but I really liked the service I received here and travelled to collect my bike on my day off. I used my cycle to work scheme, and it was such a smooth process. Very glad I chose this store. Would highly recommend coming here, especially if you are looking for your first bike!

• I lost a screw on my bike. This kind gentleman helped me fix it for free in just one minute. He is so warm-hearted and generous. Truly appreciate his kindness!

• Very friendly, helpful and expert. I went in with a problem on my Brompton and they fixed it for free and very quickly. Also gave me advice on lubricating my chain. Brilliant - would definitely return and recommend! Thank you!
