How do I join the Customer Rewards loyalty scheme?
It’s super simple! Customer Rewards is not a 3rd Party Service, it is a complimentary service that we deliver to all of our valued customers. All you need to do is shop with us today and the email address you provide during checkout will be used to activate your Customer Rewards profile. Your email address and purchase history is not shared with anyone else.
Am I already earning Customer Rewards?
Possibly. Customer Rewards is associated with the email address provided to us when creating a Customer Profile. So, if you’ve shopped with us in the recent past, either in-store or online, and provided an email address to us, then your Customer Rewards profile may already be active and you could have already earned rewards to use with a purchase today!
I’ve only shopped in-store. Can I use my rewards online?
Absolutely. Customer Rewards is associated with the email address provided to us when creating a Customer Profile in-store. So, when you purchase online today, be sure to use the same email address that you gave to us in-store and Customer Rewards will recognise that it is you and display your Customer Rewards balance during checkout.
I’ve only shopped online. Can I use my rewards in-store?
Absolutely. Customer Rewards is associated with the email address provided to us when creating a Customer Profile online. So, when you visit us in-store, be sure to let us know that you are already a customer. We can then link your purchase with your Customer Profile, ensuring your Customer Rewards balance will be available to use.
How quickly are my rewards available to me?
It's not instant.
Points are allocated when your transaction is fully paid and shipped or collected. After that it normally takes under an hour for points to be available, but can occasionally take up to 12 hours.
Do Customer Rewards expire after a while?
Yes.
But only if there's no activity on your account for a year. If you do not accrue or redeem points for a year, your account will be deactivated and points removed. We will send you periodic reminders of your available balance, so you will have plenty of warning before points expire.
Are there any restrictions with different payment types?
No.
All payment methods qualify for rewards accrual, however you will be unable to redeem rewards when you use PayPal checkout, as their gateway does not support.
What happens if I return an item?
Points awarded will be reversed..
If you have already spent the Customer Rewards associated with the item you are returning, this amount will be deducted from the refund.
Are there any exclusions to Customer Rewards?
Only two.
You can earn rewards on all products and servicing, except gift vouchers and shipping charges. We operate a base level of reward, and also run periodic promotions.
Can I earn Rewards if I'm using another discount code or Starbuy?
Yes and no.
You will normally still receive the base level of rewards when using a code or Starbuy, however you may not always receive any promotional rewards enhancements if you do.
