With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

The Trek Procaliber 9.7 carbon hardtail mountain bilke is a race-ready cross country hardtail. It comes stock with a SRAM NX Eagle 1x12 drivetrain and an OCLV Mountain Carbon frame with a trail-smoothing IsoSpeed decoupler.
Spec includes a lighter RockShox Reba RL fork with Motion Control damper and a remote lockout, a there's a host of carbon upgrades included too. Bontrager Kovee Elite 23 Tubeless Ready carbon wheels, Truvativ Stylo 6k Eagle crank and a carbon seat post.
You can bring this bike to any race, exactly as it is, and it will compete with the very best hardtails out there. It's built for speed and efficiency, with top-end performance spec. If you want to rule the local race scene or rack up some serious mileage, Procaliber 9.7 is a great choice.
Mountain Bikes tend to use the T-Shirt sizing of S, M, L etc. or will have the seat tube measurement in INCHES. Why mountain bikes are inches and road bikes are CM who knows, but the part of the frame being measured is the same.
As a rule of thumb if you can identify your size as Medium on one brand, you should use that as a starting point on another brand too.
If you already own a medium mountain bike for example and are comfortable with the sizing, start there.
If you need any more advice on bike sizing for mountain bikes please contact us and we can help you make the right choice.
