With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

The Trek Farley 5 hardtail mountain bike is Trek's best value fat bike and the perfect gateway to all-season freedom. It rolls over snow, sand, roots and rocks with the stability and traction of a monster truck.
The lightweight Alpha Platinum Aluminium frame has Stranglehold dropouts, and internal derailleur and dropper post routing. There's a Bontrager Haru carbon fork, a wide-range Shimano Deore 1x10 drive train, SRAM Level hydraulic disc brakes and Tubeless Ready SUN Ringlé Mulefüt wheels paired with extra-grippy 27.5x4.5inch Bontrager Gnarwhal TLR tyres.
Fat bikes are ridiculously fun. They're grippy and stable, but the best thing about them is that they get you outside in more seasons. If you're looking for a fun alternative to riding the roads or training through the winter, you won't find better value than Farley 5.
Mountain Bikes tend to use the T-Shirt sizing of S, M, L etc. or will have the seat tube measurement in INCHES. Why mountain bikes are inches and road bikes are CM who knows, but the part of the frame being measured is the same.
As a rule of thumb if you can identify your size as Medium on one brand, you should use that as a starting point on another brand too.
If you already own a medium mountain bike for example and are comfortable with the sizing, start there.
If you need any more advice on bike sizing for mountain bikes please contact us and we can help you make the right choice.
