Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The Spatz Burnr Light is brand new for AW25/26. It can be bought separately and is also bundled (free) with any new Spatz Wintr jacket. It is designed to clip beautifully over the top of overshoes, socks, oversocks, or a jersey pocket, or clip on to the dedicated loop on the new Spatz Wintr jacket. It has a magnetic clip fastening which ensures that it stays put during the ride.

It is designed to clip on to clothing and provide extra visibility and safety.

Safety Disclaimer:

The “Burnr” light is to be worn as an additional light only. It is designed to be used alongside dedicated cycle/safety lights and not as a sole safety light.

The new Spatz Burnr Light uses 4 powerful LEDs which will run on flashing mode for up to 6 hours between charges. It has 3 modes (steady, flash, fast flash) and charges via USB-C cable included in the package. The brightness and battery life have been engineered to shine bright and last.

The Burnr Light is made from reflective polymer fabric. When positioned on clothing, a bag, or clipped to overshoes or socks, it is highly visible to drivers and catches the glare of headlights.

The original design inspiration came as Spatz founder and designer Tom Barras was walking his children to school one dark morning in 2024. Samples were clipped to school bags for extra safety on a busy walk through Leeds, then developed over multiple iterations for training-weather use—and the resulting product has been proven in dark winter commutes and rides.

At Spatz, lifetime cyclists design and engineer the products they want to use on winter epics in the Yorkshire Dales. The Burnr Light epitomises this philosophy and adds an extra element to your ride or commute.
