Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

With a 30T high modulus carbon frame, dedicated Fox XC race forks, 29er wheels and a great value specification list, the Mantle 20, is here again to take your XC and long distance off roading to a new, faster level. First up amazing is the awesome Fox Step Cast Performance 100mm fork. After years of progressively fatter, longer forks, Fox have dropped the travel to exactly what marathon riders need, cut away unnecessary material from the lower legs and made the whole package narrower and more svelte, without sacrificing control. 29er wheels have been proven to roll faster than any other size on every circuit from marathon to full on downhill, so they are the obvious choice for a bike with speed and comfort at its heart. The DT Swiss M1900 Spline wheels that Genesis have chosen for the job make every other wheel in their class look heavy and ungainly, while the DT hub at their centre wouldn't look out of place on a bike twice the price. The gearing choice is also first rate, with Shimano SLX 11 speed, not in its second iteration, proving that 1X11 can be light, functional and affordable all at once. The finishing kit on the Mantle 20 is no less impressive, with Race Face bars and seatpost, an awesome Fizik saddle and faster-than-light Maxxis Forekaster tyres rounding off a truly impressive spec list on a carbon bike at this price point.
