Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The X stands for Extreme and indicates a Pirelli bike tyre dedicated to the toughest and most demanding use. The same tread design from the Cinturato™ Gravel RC, the Cinturato™ Gravel RC X is the answer to all gravel racing requirements on the roughest terrain: fast on the straights, thanks to minimal central line tread, and aggressive on the corners, with higher and more substantial tread to support handling when cornering. Pirelli's new TechWALL X tubeless casing construction features a reinforced and cut-resistant 60tpi fabric made longer to extend past the tread line, offering even more sidewall protection on top of the already present bead-to-bead protection layer. The Cinturato™ Gravel RC X is designed for the most demanding gravel courses for riders seeking the best performances in all racing conditions.

SpeedGRIP Compound

The SpeedGRIP Compound is a gravel-specific rubber formulation born from the Pirelli experience in the World Rally Championship where the performances of speed and grip on and off-road are crucial. This chemical formulation relies on the polymer matrix of the MTB-specific SmartGRIP Compound while lowering its rolling resistance. The gravel application requires good speed and on-off road capabilities, for this reason our engineers tweaked the compound features towards a better energetic efficiency with a little compromise on the grip, the result is a predictable compound with solid performances on and off road.

TechWall X Gravel

In order to develop a tyre able to satisfy all gravel racing requirements on rougher terrains, Pirelli's engineers combined the technologies derived from road-specific reinforced casings with the MTB-specific one. This blending resulted in a tubeless casing construction which features a reinforced and cut-resistant 60tpi fabric extended past the tread line in addition to a bead-to-bead protection layer. The Techwall X Gravel, although its enhanced puncture protection, still offers an optimal riding feeling thanks to its TLR tubeless-ready aramid folding bead, optimized for wide rims and lower pressure riding.
