The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The Performance Road line is DT's interpretation of the classic road wheel, prioritising low weight and responsive handling, these are perfect for adding a bit of extra zip to any bike.

DT's premium DICUT hub system gives the widest possible flange spacing for cornering stiffness and provide a rock solid anchor point for the unique DT Nail Head spokes, meaning these wheels have a class leading lateral stiffness to weight ratio.

This, combined with a weight of just 1470 grams a pair make the PR 1400 DICUT's one of the lightest and highest performance disc road wheelsets available.

SBWT welded rim with an 18 mm internal diameter (22 mm external) makes these ideal for 23-28c tyres used on modern road bikes.

DT's legendarily reliable 240 hub internals and ratchet rear Freehub system makes these hubs solid under drive, lightweight and easy to service.

DT have specced a blend of their renowned Aerolite and Aero Comp spokes for the perfect balance of stiffness, comfort and low weight.

For those looking to use the latest tyre tech the PR 1400's come tubeless ready but can also be used with standard clinchers.

Come ready for 12 x 100 mm front and 12 x 142 mm rear axles but can be converted by changing the end caps (additional end caps not included).
