With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

Any item, except food, face masks or e-gift vouchers (full e-gift vouchers T&Cs are listed on the respective product pages) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase. It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in the post.

Online or in-store purchases can both be returned to any store free of charge or can be returned by post after completing the online returns form. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage.

If you wish to return your bike to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know using the returns form and we will arrange collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the products have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:

1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £24.99 for collection. If you do not have the original box, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid receipt.

Long on travel, short on excuses, the Rockshox ZEB Ultimate 29" Fork in Grey is a whole new breed of fork, designed to challenge the limits and take on the world’s toughest enduro tracks. Designed from the ground up and packed with features as they bid to improve traction and comfort.

Going Ultimate has its advantages; featuring a stiff 38mm chassis including the new Charger 3 RC2 damper with vibration-killing ButterCup technology, and the new DebonAir+ air spring (included in all levels of ZEB). Our highest performing, athlete-proven technologies matched with premium style plays. This is ZEB.

Features:

  • Buttercups: Low amplitude, vibration-reducing compliant material pucks... but they like to call them ButterCups. ButterCups block 20% of unwanted “trail chatter” before it reaches your hands. Mounted in gold housing to both the damper and air spring shafts, two rubber pucks absorb the high-frequency vibrations before they travel through the fork and into the handlebar. ButterCups reduce overall hand and arm fatigue and will leave you feeling fresh with more control over the trail
  • Charger 3: Already proving itself on the podium with multiple wins during the 2021 season, Charger 3 is ready to meet the masses. Charger 3 features an all-new Internal Floating Piston (IFP) design that offers more consistency through the stroke and truly independent adjustments that reduce harshness and increase control without any “cross-talk”. Featuring High-Speed Compression, Low-Speed Compression, and a revamped Low-Speed Rebound system that keeps your wheel glued to the ground, Charger 3 gives you even more tunability. This dead silent design allows the rider to truly tune to perfection with every click.
  • DebonAir+: is built to strike the perfect balance of what riders really want: butter-like small bump feel, increased support throughout the travel, and higher overall ride height for more confidence when things get steep.
  • Pressure Relief Valves: Pressure Relief Valves eliminate unwanted air pressure build-up in the lower leg caused by variations in altitude or temperature. With the press of a button or two, Pressure Relief Valves restore the lower leg balance for optimum sensitivity and a premium fork feel.
  • Ultimate Bushing Package: New bushing system for Ultimate level forks for the smoothest possible ride. Longer upper and lower bushings maximize bushing overlap and reduce friction.
  • Maxima Plush Dynamic Suspension Lube: Maxima Plush Dynamic Suspension Lube lasts longer, reduces friction and enhances suspension performance ride after ride.
  • Hub End Cap Adapters: Using RockShox’s Torque Caps adds an additional 5% torsional stiffness to our forks. But if you aren’t interested in “free stiffness” all Pike, Lyrik and ZEB forks will now feature the option to run a standard hub end cap via a new bolt-in adapter.
