With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.
It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.
Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.
If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.Please note:1. The Evoc Knee Protector LS Flex Enduro is a strong, comfortable protector featuring a Level 2 protection rating and adjustable elements for individual needs. This protector is a true expert when it comes to comfort without compromising on shock absorption, making it suitable for unlimited bike action.
The core of the protector is the LITESHIELD FLEX protector developed by Evoc, which offers both Level 2 protection and high flexibility for unlimited mobility on the bike. The Power Flaps enable the protector pad to be fastened on the shin, which ensures reliable hold and prevents shifting. A doughnut-shaped neoprene ring helps protect the kneecap and reliably keeps the protector in place for continuous, optimal wearing comfort. Extra knee protection in case of a fall and during energetic rides is provided by the side padding. The protector also boasts efficient ventilation and a silicone finish on the sleeve end to ensure anti-slip hold on the leg.
The extremely lightweight and flexible construction offers especially high impact protection with high material flexibility. Up to 95% of the impact energy can be absorbed. The protector is made up of geometrically optimised elements and a highly flexible thermoplastic elastomer compound (TPE). The construction of plus and circular elements forms the basis for the ergonomic and comfortable flex of the protector as well as for large-area protection including 3D air circulation. The temperature insensitive protector has been certified in accordance with CE STANDARD EN 1621-1 on level 1 or level 2, depending on the product.
The POWER FLAPS hook-and-loop fastener runs directly through an eyelet on the protector shell to optimise the positioning of the protector and keep it in place. In this way, the protector not only remains where it helps best when moving, but is also still in place after a fall.
