The head band area is warm, comfortable, and moisture-wicking, sitting unnoticed under a helmet without affecting hearing. Because it is constructed as a band rather than a full hat, it can be pulled down to become a neck warmer without removing the helmet.
The seamless, highly stretchy fabric allows multiple wearing options: covering mouth and nose with only the eyes exposed; covering mouth with nose exposed; covering chin; exposing the whole face while keeping ears warm; worn as a neck warmer; or as a head band.
The rear neck area is thin to reduce bunching and maintain free neck movement, while the front neck area is longer and warmer to block cold wind from entering the collar. The mouth and nose zone uses a thinner, more permeable fabric to aid breathing and drying.
Manufactured as a seamless tube, each panel has its own engineered weave, thickness, and texture to provide warmth, support, articulation, and moisture transport without the need for seams.
