Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

If you’re bikepacking light, leave the Rolltop Canister Bag at home and load up the Holster Bar Bag. Carrying a little more? Attaching the Rolltop Canister Bag to the front of the Holster Bar Bag takes a matter of seconds and you instantly have an easily accessible, fully waterproof additional four litres of capacity.

Why do Restrap use a holster system? Because the most time consuming part of fitting and removing a bikepacking set up is strapping the bags to the bike. Restrap's system allows you to leave the holster attached to the bike when you arrive at your destination and simply/quickly remove the dry bag in a couple of clicks. Easy. Reliable. Slick. Less faffing and more riding.

Easy-fit attachment points make fitting the holster securely a doddle. Cam-locks on the handle bars and webbing fast straps around the fork crown combine speedy fitting with bombproof stability. Restrap's unique GripTight patch secures the drybag to the holster. This has two benefits; firstly it makes placing the drybag in the holster easier, but most importantly it completely prevents the drybag slipping from side-to-side within the holster, no matter how rough the ride.

The drybag is manufactured from robust material, keeping the contents 100% waterproof, whatever the conditions. The double-ended design allows easy access to everything within.

The elastic Stowage Strap on the holster is perfect for quickly stashing a pair of gloves or windproof jacket and keeping them immediately to hand for when conditions change.


The Holster Bar Bag Plus comes with Restrap's modular Rolltop Canister Bag. Use it solo on your handlebars or mount it to the Holster Bar Bag via Restrap's 3P attachment system to boost capacity. Quick to remove and wearable with a lightweight and adjustable paracord strap, it’s perfect on and off the bike.
