Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The Teammachine SLR01 Module Rim is the perfect road bike frame to accelerate your racing performance. With pro-proven performance, the Teammachine SLR01 Frame incorporates the concept of asymmetric design by Ace Technology. By analysing the load distribution from the rider and brake-induced forces, BMC designed asymmetric tube structures on the fork, bottom bracket and chain stays to deliver the superior ride experience the Teammachine is famous for.

The BMC Teammachine has won them all: The Tour de France, the Olympics, World Champions, and the Classics. Nobody knows the Teammachine better than the pros who ride and vouch for it. BMC have taken their insight and combined it with the new peloton-standard of disc brakes to create the ultimate race bike: the Teammachine SLR01. 

The Teammachine SLR01 Module Rim has an integrated cockpit system which redefines “sleek front-end” and protects the cables from wear and tear through exposure to dirt. Designed to minimise drag, this ICS boasts an elevated aero performance, uncompromised adjustability, and peerless ease of service. The Di2 junction box has also been cleverly nested out of sight within the frame, while BMC’s proprietary direct frontal flat mount eliminates extra material to shave off grams.

This ultra-lightweight SLR01 carbon fibre BMC frame will allow you to experience BMC’s same superior ride with the flexibility to choose the components which best suit your needs.
