With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

The Trek X-Caliber 7 hardtail mountain bike is the perfect entry point to fast cross-country riding and racing. It's a fully capable ride with expert tech where it matters most, like in the lightweight and durable alloy frame, RockShox fork, Shimano drivetrain and hydraulic disc brakes.
A lightweight Alpha Gold Aluminium frame, a RockShox 30 Silver 100mm suspension fork with a lockout, a dependable 2x9 Shimano drivetrain, Shimano hydraulic disc brakes and wider Boost141 hubs for increased wheel strength and better tire clearance. This hub size is standard for higher-end wheel sets, making it easy to upgrade your wheels if you're looking for a fast way to increase performance.
X-Caliber 7 is a great cross-country mountain bike at great value. It has the same features found on higher-end bikes like internal cable routing, dropper post compatibility, a tapered head tube and Boost hub spacing – all on a platform that's easy to upgrade down the line.
Mountain Bikes tend to use the T-Shirt sizing of S, M, L etc. or will have the seat tube measurement in INCHES. Why mountain bikes are inches and road bikes are CM who knows, but the part of the frame being measured is the same.
As a rule of thumb if you can identify your size as Medium on one brand, you should use that as a starting point on another brand too.
If you already own a medium mountain bike for example and are comfortable with the sizing, start there.
