Hassle free returns

Any item, except food, face masks or e-gift vouchers (full e-gift vouchers T&Cs are listed on the respective product pages) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase. It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in the post.

Online or in-store purchases can both be returned to any store free of charge or can be returned by post after completing the online returns form. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage.

If you wish to return your bike to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know using the returns form and we will arrange collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the products have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:

1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £24.99 for collection. If you do not have the original box, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid receipt.

The Whyte 604 Compact V2 Women’s Hardtail Mountain Bike has all the spec you need for a great biking adventure, with the advantage of shorter geometry and components to better fit a small rider. Despite being an entry level hardtail, the 604 has and an exceptional frame and carefully chosen parts, including hydraulic disc brakes and an 18-speed Shimano drivetrain – making it distinctively Whyte. 
 
Whyte's design team have given the latest 600 series frame the 'Trail' treatment. A 120mm fork, wider 740mm bar, shorter stem, wider grippier tyres and even our Enduro developed V-grips, make these the most trail-ready bikes in this price category. The 604 also features a 120mm travel fork by Suntour which has a top mounted Hydro lockout so you can lock the fork out in seconds for fast trail or road sections.
 
Like all Whyte bikes, the 604 was designed in the UK and has features specifically created for coping with the British weather, such as the "Get A Grip" seat post clamp system. This allows quick adjustment, fantastic weather proofing and a nice ergonomic lever which is easy to operate however cold your hands might be. The 604 also features internal cable routing throughout with Whyte's BBX cable exit channels below the bottom bracket for smoother cable routing, so cables are kept away from mud and grime.

Women's Bike Sizing Guide


Womens bikes, regardless of whether they are road bikes, hybrids or mountain bikes tend to use the T-Shirt sizing of S, M, L etc. but some will still have the size in cm or inches. Women’s specific bike designs will offer a little more clearance over the top tube, and a shorter reach, by a combination of adjusting the frame design and changing key components such as the saddle, seatpost, stem and handlebar.

As a rule of thumb if you can identify your size as Medium on one brand, you should use that as a starting point on another brand too.

If you already own a medium mountain bike for example and are comfortable with the sizing, start there.
