Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

If there is one garment that a cyclist requires to survive a winter of riding, it is the Spatz WINTR bib tights.

Brand new for AW25/26, the design brief was very simple: to design and engineer the very best pair of bib tights available to the cyclist who rides in a variety of conditions and with a variety of footwear.

The main body fabric is thermal, fleece-lined roubaix with a water repellent coating. The fabric is soft, stretchy and warm, and the fleecy lining traps a layer of warm air against your skin and helps to transport sweat away from the body.

The ankle of the tights is cut short and a neoprene-like fabric is added at the hem to form the "Shin Seal". The Shin Seal is worn overlapping your overshoes or oversocks to help limit water ingress and keep the warmth locked in. The hem sits mid-calf and creates a seamless fit and aesthetic when paired with any of Spatzwear's legendary overshoes. The WINTR bib tights are worn as full length tights but are cropped specifically at mid-calf length to pair with overshoes, oversocks or socks for a next level of protection, ergonomics and a contemporary look.

For the new WINTR bib tights, Spatzwear has specified the same great Dolomiti chamois pad from their Convoy shorts, so you can expect hours of comfort and years of use. This is simply the best pad Spatzwear has used over a lifetime of cycling.

In true Spatz style, a mesh stash pocket has been added on the rear of the tights, adding even more functionality. A subtle reflective logo sits within the pocket and is unnoticeable until it flares up under the glare of headlights.

Spatzwear are lifetime cyclists, and are in the enviable position of being able to design and produce the garments that they want to wear. The WINTR bib tights epitomise this; they are the perfect tights to see you through the winter months and also look and feel brilliant worn with a nice pair of socks in the spring and autumn.
