With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.
It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.
Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.
If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.Please note:1. The Fox 38 Float Performance Elite fork is built for hard-hitting, long-travel enduro-style riding. Featuring a super-stout chassis, this fork is engineered to handle demanding terrain while providing exceptional performance. The steerer tube design incorporates elliptical shaping in the taper zone to maximise the stiffness-to-weight ratio, while the radical arch shape improves head tube clearance.
Compared to the 36, this fork offers 31% stiffer transverse shear, 9% stiffer fore/aft, and 20% greater torsional stiffness. It includes an updated EVOL air spring, lower leg bleeders, and air/oil channels to ensure consistent performance. A 58mm crown diameter matches modern frame profiles, and an optional mudguard with a 4-point direct-mount attachment is available to protect the upper tubes and dust wipers.
Fox's GRIP X2 damper provides the level of tunability seen in motocross and supercross racing. By increasing the base valve diameter to 24mm with 23 valves, the damper offers unprecedented sensitivity and support. Riders benefit from sitting higher in the travel while tyres remain glued to the ground, increasing traction and reducing overall rider fatigue.
