Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

Low profile and compact tread spacing for riding quickly and confidently over any kind of hardpack terrain, whether dry or wet.

SpeedGRIP Compound formulation for on and off-road rolling efficiency coupled with high tear resistance and high wet grip.

The specialSpeedGRIP Compound adds features of mechanical resistance and chemical grip without compromising the rolling efficiency. Cinturato™ Gravel Hard Terrain is a high-performance tyre with unique characteristics of grip in all weather conditions, be they dry or wet, plus a high level of puncture protection.

Silca Ultimate Tubeless Sealant 8oz

Silca's Ultimate Tubeless Sealant can be used to extend the life of your Silca Ultimate Tubeless Sealant by up to a year.

Environmentally safe, with a natural latex formula and no ammonia, it should be used every 90 to 120 days to keep your sealant functioning at its best.

Available in either a 4oz or 32oz bottle, it can be injected through the valve stem thanks to the included rubber hose and injector cap in the smaller bottle and the ability to either use an injector cap with the larger bottle or use it to refill the 4oz bottle. Alternatively, the large bottle can be easily and cleanly decanted using the Silca ultimate tubeless sealant injector.

Either way, it is effective down to 0/-18c and can be used on a schedule of 1oz at three months, 1.5 oz at six months and 2oz at 9 months, assuming a 23-30mm tyre, to boost the sealing power of the sealant back to race day levels with longevity.

This replenisher is your talisman for confidence and will help you avoid large maintenance of your tubeless tyre sealant for as long as possible.
