Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The Carbaura RC50 has been redesigned to meet the highest performance standards while exuding a sleek aesthetic. With a fresh finish and chrome decals, these wheels not only perform exceptionally well but look the part doing so.

Built with an optimised aerodynamic profile tested through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and constructed with a carbon fibre chassis, the Carbaura RC wheelsets prioritise low weight, linear compliance, and lateral stiffness.

Featuring a proven 19mm internal and 25mm external rim width, these wheelsets accommodate both traditional and tubeless tyres, suitable for tyre widths ranging from 25c to 35c, providing enhanced comfort and grip.

To enhance braking performance and rim durability on challenging alpine descents, the braking surface is finished in a 1.5k weave, which dissipates heat more effectively throughout the carbon structure, significantly reducing temperature build-up.

Handcrafted with lightweight bladed aero spokes to minimize resistance and widely spaced hub flanges, the Carbaura RC wheelsets are engineered to reduce lateral flex and maximize power transfer. The rear wheels feature a 16/8e lacing pattern to balance spoke tensions and withstand torque forces, while the front wheel employs radial lacing to reduce weight and drag.

Halo's RS2 Front and RS2 Supadrive hubs come with fully sealed bearings for year-round durability. With 120 points of engagement, these hubs ensure you never miss a pedal stroke, whether accelerating out of a corner or from a standing start, making them among the most responsive hubs on the market.

Safety Notice:

  • Brake Pads: Use only genuine SwissStop Black Prince brake pads with these wheels.
  • Maximum Rider Weight: The recommended maximum rider weight limit is 100kg. While weights beyond 100kg may still be viable, they increase stress on the components, and regular checks by an experienced mechanic are recommended. Warranty issues will be assessed by the in-house team on a case-by-case basis.
