Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

Designed for and tested at trail centres, bike parks, street riding, and at Hardline by some of the best riders in the business, the all-new Skelta wheelset is one of the most durable in Mountain Biking. It is built using 6069 T6 heat-treated aluminium with an invisible seamless welded joint for added security. The Skelta rim features a shot-peened surface which provides increased corrosion and fatigue resistance, as well as a uniform matt finish.

After more than a year of heavy testing, the rim design was developed to offer an even stronger wheel without excessive weight. Skelta's enhanced 30mm internal width offers a confidence-inspiring hooked rim profile for added control and tyre security and is compatible with all types of tyres, tubeless or not. The width has been optimised for tyre sizes from 5.7cm (2.25") to 7.1cm (2.8"), making them compatible with lightweight XC tyres for ripping local trails, through to heavy casing DH tyres for the gnarliest conditions.

At the centre of the rear Skelta wheel is Halo's iconic MT Supadrive hub. All the Skelta wheels are built with triple butted J-bend spokes so you can easily source replacements wherever you're riding in the world.

The Skelta wheels or rims have been put through their paces, not only throughout the Scottish Highlands and the trails at Hardline in Wales but further afield performing on some of Utah's finest dirt. A challenge they were more than up to and a testament to not only their strength, but also their resilience to some of the hardest riding conditions in the world.

Whatever type of riding you do, the Skelta is ready for your next adventure.
