With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.
It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.
Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.
If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.Please note:1. Built for riders looking to progress their skills on dirt jumps, pump tracks and skateparks, the DMR Rhythm Expert delivers a strong, responsive platform designed specifically for jumping and technical riding. Whether you’re hitting local trails, sending bigger lines at the bike park or sessioning pump tracks, this bike is built to handle it all with confidence.
At the heart of the bike is the DMR Rhythm frame, constructed from lightweight and durable 6061 T6 aluminium for stiffness and strength. The adjustable sliding dropout system allows easy chain tensioning and tuning of chainstay length, while interchangeable dropouts offer the option to run gears in the future. A 100mm travel X-Fusion Slant HLR Roughcut fork provides adjustable suspension for smoother landings and better control. Paired with DMR’s own cockpit, Colt wheels and Moto DJ tyres, the Rhythm Expert is ready to ride straight out of the box.

Jump bikes primarily use a 26” wheel with the frame only available in one size, to suit riders taller than 4’5” or 137cm.
Some manufacturers offer a long or short length bike. Riders over 5’10” or 178cm will prefer the longer option.
Warranty Information for DMR:
All DMR frames are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from date of purchase, except aluminium frames which are guaranteed for three years. Paint and decals defects are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. For parts and accessories such as pedals, grips, bars and stems the warranty is one year. DMR warranty applies to the original purchaser only, and applies to DMR frames or products purchased from an authorised dealer only.
