Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The Lightest 36 Ever

The Fox Suspension 36 Float SL Factory is a sub-1800g fork that injects plushness and steering responsiveness into a true Trail fork. An evolution of the 36 chassis optimised for 120 to 140mm of travel, this fork gives modern Trail riders the confidence to go big without the weight. It supplants the 34 with 20% additional torsional stiffness while the updated chassis minimises the weight increase to just 100 grams. At 1755g (29” 140mm GRIP X), the 36 SL easily beats out its predecessor and the competition.

Arch and Chassis Design

Generatively designed and optimised by Fox engineers, the new 36 SL arch and crown increase torsional stiffness of the fork by a full 20% over the previous Trail fork, the 34. Cutouts and lightening bores at strategic locations help minimise weight.

Air Spring Compliance

The redesigned and compliant FLOAT air spring decouples the stanchion from the air shaft, allowing the piston to move with the fork while under bending loads, rather than resisting them. The result is smoother suspension action overall, especially when the fork is experiencing high loads from speed or rider weight. Additionally, the 36 SL has 20mm additional bushing overlap over the 34, which reduces friction between the stanchions and lower legs throughout the stroke.

GRIP X Performance

The GRIP X damper provides uncompromised all-mountain performance, offering the exemplary descent performance of GRIP X2, refined for less weight, easier set up, and an easy-access firm mode for pedalling efficiency. Inboard bypass channels help curb pressure ramping for increased small bump sensitivity and recirculate oil to lubricate bushings and seals. By relocating these channels to the inboard side, they are out of the fore-aft load path to further reduce friction.

  • Low profile bleeders: A grooved design allows pressure to escape around your finger as you press the bleeder.
  • Air spring top cap: Now uses the common Shimano cassette tool for easy volume adjustments.
  • Mudguard: Mounts to seal flanges and arch instead of bleeder ports for a refined aesthetic, durability, and seal protection. Available in long and short styles.
