Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The Fox Suspension 36 Float SL Factory is the lightest 36 model to date, injecting plushness and steering responsiveness into a true trail fork. As an evolution of the 36 chassis optimised for 120mm to 140mm of travel, this fork provides modern trail riders with the confidence to tackle demanding terrain without the weight penalty.

Performance and Design

Trail riders have long had to choose between over-forking for stiffness or under-forking for lower weight. The 36 SL supplants the 34 with 20% additional torsional stiffness while the updated chassis minimises the weight increase to just 100 grams. The arch and crown are generatively designed and optimised to increase torsional stiffness by a full 20% over the previous 34 trail fork, with strategic cutouts and lightening bores to help minimise weight.

Advanced Suspension Technology

The redesigned and compliant FLOAT air spring decouples the stanchion from the air shaft, allowing the piston to move with the fork while under bending loads rather than resisting them. This results in smoother suspension action overall, especially when the fork is experiencing high loads from speed or rider weight. Additionally, the 36 SL features 20mm of additional bushing overlap compared to the 34, which reduces friction between the stanchions and lower legs throughout the stroke.

The GRIP X damper provides uncompromised all-mountain performance, offering the descent capabilities of the GRIP X2 refined for less weight, easier setup, and an easy-access firm mode for pedalling efficiency. Inboard bypass channels help curb pressure ramping for increased small bump sensitivity and recirculate oil to lubricate bushings and seals. By relocating these channels to the inboard side, they are kept out of the fore-aft load path to further reduce friction.

  • Low profile bleeders: A grooved design allows pressure to escape around your finger as you press the bleeder.
  • Air spring top cap: Compatible with a common Shimano cassette tool for easy volume adjustments.
  • Mudguard: Mounts to seal flanges and arch instead of bleeder ports, offering a refined aesthetic, improved durability, and seal protection.
