Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The Exposure Lights RedEye MK3 is powered by the USB-C port on the rear of the light. Simply plug the connector into a compatible handlebar light to activate a constant red output. Featuring 75 measured lumens and a 29° diffused wide optic, this light is visible from over 1km away and provides a 240° halo of red light, making it ideal for urban riding where visibility is essential.

Construction and Durability

The unit is constructed from hard anodized 6063 aluminium, ensuring a robust build. It is rated IP67 for waterproof performance and IK09 for impact resistance, allowing it to perform reliably in all conditions, from heavy rain to unexpected splashes. The light is designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -20° to +40° Celsius and weighs approximately 45g.

Mounting Options

The RedEye MK3 includes a quick-release snap-fit seatpost bracket, provided with a round tube shim for easy installation. Additionally, an integrated M5 fixing on the rear of the light body, along with the included M5 bolt and washer, allows for versatile hard-fixing mounting options on racks, mudguards, and other fixed locations.
