Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The PIMENTO rearlight is a ground-breaking and innovative light, featuring the most recent technologies within the market, such as COB LED technology. This high-performance product has an extremely powerful light beam, both towards the back and sides, while keeping its ultra-compact dimensions.

The design of the PIMENTO rearlight is creative and minimalistic, with a weight of only 20g. The optics have a curved shape, which is possible thanks to the use of bendable and efficient COB LED technology. This allows the PIMENTO to fit perfectly on compact carriers and adds a stylish touch.

The PIMENTO can be combined with the Z-type RR 02 and RR 06 rear reflectors. Together with its COB LED technology, this accounts for a strong illumination of the bicycle rider. The bike is visible from 400 meters away and from all sides, which helps keep approaching traffic at a safe distance.

Dynamo Version Details:

The dynamo version of the PIMENTO features the innovative Safe-Stop function. This means that the light burns for 4 extra minutes after the bike has stopped, which increases safety. The dynamo version should only be connected to the dynamo (3W) via the headlamp and not directly to the dynamo (risk of overvoltage).

E-Bike Version Details:

The e-bike version of the PIMENTO light is available with an innovative decelerator-based Stoplight function, which enhances the safety of e-commuters by producing a bright and securing beam of 12 Candela while the rider slows down, brakes, and stops in traffic. The decelerator-based Stop-Light function lasts for a minimum of 3 seconds and is activated when there is a speed change (deceleration) of around 1.25-1.5m/s, resulting in a visibility distance of 600 meters.

The PIMENTO XE is compatible with all common e-bikes with a voltage range from 6-36VDC. The XEr version is compatible with a voltage range from 6-12VDC. The PIMENTO conforms to German, Danish, French, and Dutch regulations.
