Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The Cube Nuride Hybrid Performance 720 combines the versatility of a trekking bike with Bosch electric assistance and a complete set of practical accessories. Its comfortable Trapeze frame, wide tyres and suspension fork make it well suited to everything from everyday journeys to exploring rougher roads and tracks.

The Aluminium Superlite frame uses Cube's Efficient Comfort Geometry and neatly integrates the Bosch drive system and 720Wh PowerTube battery. A 100mm SR Suntour X32 NLO suspension fork helps smooth rough surfaces, while the adjustable stem allows the riding position to be fine-tuned for comfort.

Bosch's Performance Line motor delivers up to 75Nm of torque, with the Purion 200 combining assistance controls and ride information in a compact handlebar-mounted unit. Shimano Deore 12-speed gearing provides a broad 10-51T range, making it easy to find an appropriate gear whether climbing, cruising or carrying luggage.

Tubeless-ready ACID SLX 25 wheels are fitted with 57mm Schwalbe Smart Sam tyres for a versatile combination of comfort and grip. Shimano hydraulic disc brakes provide dependable stopping power, while integrated lights, mudguards, kickstand and Cube's Semi-Integrated Carrier 2.1 make the Nuride ready for everyday transport and longer adventures.

Warranty Information for Cube:

Your CUBE bike is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 2 years with effect from the date of sale. In addition, we provide our customers with the following warranty in the event of frame breakage outside the statutory warranty period as follows:
For all frames and rigid forks from model year 2012 and onwards Cube guarantee from the date of sale from the dealer:
Aluminium: 6-year guarantee
Carbon fibre, aluminium-carbon fibre: 3-year guarantee
If a break occurs during this period (from date of sale), Cube will replace the item with the same or similar.
BOSCH Warranty (E-Bikes): The warranty period is 24 months.
