Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

This carbon road bike is built with Trek's all-new 800 Series OCLV Carbon aero frame, adjustable Top Tube IsoSpeed, hydraulic disc brakes for all-weather stopping power and control and wireless electronic SRAM drive train for fast and reliable shifting.

800 Series OCLV Carbon is the lightest laminate Trek has ever made, and it makes Madone faster on any terrain, in any conditions.
Comes with a SRAM Force AXS power meter for more effective training rides from the start.
Adjustable Top Tube IsoSpeed lets you adjust compliance to your preference, and it's damped with an elastomer so it rebounds in a smooth, controlled, stable motion.
A separate bar and stem with an aero carbon faceplate gives you great adjustability without compromising on aerodynamics.

The Trek Madone 7 SLR eTap Disc is a light and fast aerodynamic road bike, featuring Trek's lightest carbon laminate yet. SRAM Force eTap wireless shifting and integrated power meter gives you the edge in training and at a race.

It comes with a 800 series OCLV frame and an adjustable Top Tube IsoSpeed decoupler, which allows you to adjust the amount of compliance. It is also dampened by an elastomer, so it helps you to control the rear end of your bike. The Bontrager Aeolus 50mm deep section wheels are light and allow you to cut through headwind efficiently. The SRAM Force eTap AXS groupset delivers fast, precise and intuitive shifting and the 12-speed drivetrain allows you a wide selection of gears. On top of that, it comes with a SRAM Force power meter. The SRAM Force eTap hydraulic disc brakes make sure that you can stop in every condition.

Lifetime warranty on Frame sets (frame and rigid fork), main frame and full suspension swing arms for the lifetime of the original owner, and Bontrager wheels with carbon rims.
