Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The Ninja bottom bracket doesn't just solve the problem of noisy bottom brackets; it actually improves the life of the bottom bracket and makes your bike stiffer. So many innovations make this Ninja BB unlike any other bottom bracket. Token's NINJA bottom bracket solves creaking issues, improves bearing life, and adds stiffness to the bottom bracket.

The bottom bracket features Fusion technology, which is a combination of plastic and fibre that cover an alloy bottom bracket shell. The composite material allows it to be precisely machined and fit snugly in the frame so it doesn't move. Since plastic and fibre do not adequately support bearings, which can wear prematurely if poorly supported, Token houses the bearings in an alloy shell and wraps them with plastic and fibre.

This fusion of the three materials provides the bearings a solid platform to sit on and extends their lives. Token went even further by extending the alloy shell so the right and left sides lock together. This locks the frame, cranks, and bottom bracket together and provides unparalleled stiffness. The cups are engineered to be light, creak-proof, and more tolerant to BB-shell dimension variation.

The Ninja bottom bracket can be purchased individually or in a package that includes adapters to fit several different frame and crankset combinations. There aren’t many times a replacement part actually improves your bike, but the Ninja BB is designed to do just that.

Technology and Design:

  • Fusion: Fusion technology marries aluminium and nylon to give a high-performance and squeak-free bottom bracket.
  • X-Seal: Token’s X-Seal technology keeps bearings protected from dirt and water, with very little friction for a free-spinning bearing.
  • Double Thread: Provides faster installation and less axial force.
