Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The Magene QED lightweight split chainring offers an excellent balance between weight and rigidity, designed to meet the stringent demands of both training and competition. The QED series allows riders to experience consistent mechanical performance throughout their ride.

Tooth Design

Featuring a self-developed 3rd generation tooth shape, this chainring provides significantly improved transmission and shifting efficiency. Parameters related to the root, groove, and shape of the teeth have been recalculated to enhance mechanical transition efficiency under heavy loads. This ensures the chain bites tightly onto the ring, allowing for precise and rapid switching between chainrings, with the fastest shifts occurring in just 1/5 of a round. Furthermore, the increased width between teeth improves overall strength and extends the service life of both the chain and chainring by approximately 3%.

Compatibility and Specifications

The chainring utilises the widely popular 110BCD 4-bolt specification, which reduces weight while offering comprehensive compatibility. It is designed to work with the Magene QED P505 and PES P505 power meters. Please note that this chainring is compatible with 11 and 12-speed groupsets from Shimano and SRAM, but is not compatible with Shimano cranks or similarly shaped crank styles.
