With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The name Zayante comes from a famous redwood-covered road climb in Santa Cruz and so Praxis felt the name was fitting. These road bike cranks instal with Praxis M30 family of BB’s : BSA, BB86, 386EVO, BB30, PF30, T47, BBRight or older Specialized OSBB road frame. LevaTime II is Praxis new generation of shifting tech.

Updated to a new stiffer LT2 5mm big ring, this allowed our engineers to increase the amount of shift features and the type of shift features that could be forged into the ring.

It also allowed Praxis to use their new fast engaging forged shift pins to improve shift speed. Holding it together with even better support is a beefed-up LT2 forged X-Spider.

All of this adds up to the fastest and most snappy feeling shift Praxis ever produced.

PLEASE NOTE:

The 50/34 ring sets are currently not compatible with the latest generation SRAM 12 speed chains.

The Zayante Carbon M30 road crank uses our Praxis M30 spindle/BB. M30 bottom bracket versions offered : BSA, BB86/90/92, BB30, PF30, 386EVO, T47, and BBRight

Shimano- Praxis rings shift great with both Di2 and mechanical Shimano 10/11/12sp drivetrains. Highly suggest Shimano, KMC, or Campy chain.

SRAM- Praxis rings shift great with the e-Tap and mechanical SRAM 10/11sp drivetrains. Highly suggest Shimano, KMC, or Campy chain.

Campy- Praxis rings shift great with the EPS and mechanical Campy 10/11/12sp drivetrains. Highly suggest Shimano, KMC, or Campy chain.
