Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

GX Eagle Transmission keeps its no-compromise, value-driven ethos while being updated for the needs of modern E-MTBs. The GX Eagle Transmission derailleur delivers the same crisp, precise shifting performance found across the Transmission family, with added practical features such as removable skid plates for improved protection and easier serviceability.

On an e-bike, shifting under load is no longer an issue. Thanks to the combination of X-SYNC technology and detailed cassette mapping, the GX cassette maintains smooth, consistent shifts even during the highest torque output from both the rider and the motor. Its revised 10-52T range makes long, steep climbs more manageable on heavier, high-power e-bikes.

The GX Eagle Transmission crankset gives no-nonsense riders a dependable blend of performance and value, with dedicated variants designed for different motor systems. Forged from aluminium for strength without excess weight, it offers the durability needed for demanding terrain. Composite removable bashguards add functional protection and help riders manage scuffs and strikes that naturally occur on aggressive trails.

The GX Eagle Transmission (T-Type) chain is the strongest SRAM has ever made. Built specifically for Eagle Transmission, its unique flat-top profile and solid pins are engineered to handle the extreme torque loads of modern E-MTBs, delivering long-lasting strength and optimal shifting performance.
