With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.
It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.
Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.
If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

The Stans Arch CB7 is a carbon trail rim designed to offer tyre stability and control while remaining light enough for instant response. Developed on the Enduro World Series circuit, this rim provides a ride quality and durability that excels on the trail. The rim is optimised for 2.35" tyres, ensuring excellent cornering performance.
Stans has integrated RiACT radial impact absorbing technology into the Arch CB7. Unlike standard carbon rims that can feel stiff and transfer vibrations to the rider, the special layup and shape of the Arch CB7 allow it to deflect up to 10mm radially. This helps to soak up speed-robbing impacts while maintaining lateral stiffness, resulting in a rim that resists pinch flats and rolls faster over technical terrain.
The Arch CB7 features Stans' patented Bead Socket Technology, the original tubeless-ready rim design. This system provides low-profile sidewalls that make tubeless inflation easier and ensure a more reliable seal. The wheelset is built on updated Neo hubs, which feature a Durasync 6-pawl freehub with fast 10-degree engagement and triple freehub bearings to distribute axle load effectively. The 100% CNC machined hub shell and centerless ground axle are designed for long-term performance.
Durability is further enhanced by the use of Sapim Race double-butted spokes and mechanically locking Secure Lock nipples. Stans utilises conventional j-bend spokes, which are easy to replace at most workshops. The Arch CB7 is backed by a 5-year warranty and lifetime crash replacement programme, provided the wheels are registered with Stans.
