The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

Featuring an elegant design and minimal graphics, the Choice recalls the name of the first interchangeable model launched by Prologo in 2007. Today, this concept has been reinterpreted in a highly innovative way as the first integrated road saddle designed to minimise aerodynamic drag coefficients. The product was developed using advanced CFD simulation software and refined in the wind tunnel, ensuring unprecedented aerodynamic efficiency. Its futuristic shapes, defined through pressure mapping tests, are combined with a next-generation variable-density foam, delivering the perfect balance between comfort and performance at every stage of the pedal stroke.

Integration and Aerodynamics

A key feature of the Choice is its fully integrated Nack (nano carbon fibre) rail, which is concealed beneath two sculpted lateral wings that redirect airflow from the front to the rear of the saddle, reducing drag while keeping weight to a minimum. The design considers the entire rider-saddle-bike system as one. A reduced stack height and optimised rail-to-base connection improve structural stiffness, translating to better power transfer and more confident, precise handling on technical terrain and descents.

Sustainable and Patented Modularity

The Choice features a revolutionary modularity, allowing the rail to be separated from the carbon shell with just two screws. This allows individual components to be replaced if damaged, introducing a more sustainable approach without compromising quality, performance, or structural integrity.

The PAS (Perineal Area System)

A central channel is specifically designed to eliminate pressure peaks and numbness, improving blood flow.
