The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The ENVE Foundation 45mm Wheelset draws on ENVE’s world-leading expertise to deliver an aero wheelset that meets the demands of the modern road cyclist and triathlete.

The ENVE 45 benefits from a knowledge base that has been established over more than a decade’s worth of aero wheel development.

To achieve the low drag and high stability performance the ENVE 45 offers, ENVE takes cues from its top-of-the-line SES line up. This trickle down approach from ENVE’s top-of-the-line products means the ENVE 45’s outperform, or perform similar to, competitor’s wheels that are upmarket in price.

Featuring ENVE’s Wide Hookless Bead technology, the ENVE 45 disperses any impact from pot holes, curbs and debris over a wide area, reducing the likelihood of pinch flats.

Patented Molded Spoke and Valve Stem Hole Technology results in rims that are light and strong. Because carbon fibre gets its strength from continuous fibres, ENVE routes the fibres around the hole without cutting them which increases the strength of each spoke hole.

The ENVE Foundation Road Hub features ENVE’s core hub technologies. The hub shell uses simplified machining without compromising flange geometry and wheel build stiffness. The drive mechanism uses Instant Drive 360 technology and a 40t ratchet to deliver responsive engagement, minimal drag, and low maintenance performance. The bearings are premium full contact sealed NTN steel bearings. The Rotor attachment is centre-lock.

The Foundation 45mm Wheelset comes with ENVE’s leading Lifetime Incident Protection and 5 Year warranty. The 5 Year Warranty protects buyers from defects in material and workmanship. The Lifetime Incident Protection program protects owners from damage caused to their wheels while riding, crashing, or transporting their bikes.
