Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The Halo Carbaura RC35 RS2 Supadrive wheelset has been designed to keep you one step ahead of the competition.

Built around an optimised, Computational Fluid Dynamics tested, aerodynamic profile in a carbon fibre chassis, low weights, linear compliance, and lateral stiffness were the primary aims with the Carbaura RC wheelsets.

The tried and tested 19mm internal and 25mm external rim widths allow you to run a choice of traditional or tubeless tyres and are well suited to tyres ranging from 25c through to 32c widths to deliver enhanced comfort and grip.

To improve braking performance and rim durability on tough alpine descents, the braking surface has been finished in a 1.5k weave to dissipate heat throughout the carbon structure faster to dramatically reduce temperature build-up.

Handcrafted with lightweight bladed aero spokes to decrease resistance and widely spaced hub flanges, the Carbaura RC wheelsets have been built to reduce any possible lateral flex and increase power transfer. The rear wheel uses a 16/8e lacing pattern to balance spoke tensions and withstand torque forces from the centre of the wheel whilst the front wheel uses radical lacing to reduce weight and drag.

Halo's RS Front and RS2 Supadrive hubs use fully sealed bearings for year-round longevity. The RS2 Supadrive hub offers a 120 point near instant engagement with the ability to withstand substantial torque loads, making them ideal for leisure riders right up to road race sprinters. With multiple World Championship titles across a range of disciplines, the Supadrive system is tried and tested to the very highest level and is Halo's most advanced and reliable drive system to date.

Safety Notice:

100kg is the recommended maximum rider weight limit for these wheels. Rider weights beyond 100kg are often still viable with these wheels, but this does add extra stress to the components and regular checks with an experienced mechanic are recommended. Any warranty issues will be assessed by the in-house team on a case by case basis.
