Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

With its widened 23mm UD carbon rim, the Cosmic SL 45 is the most versatile of Mavic's carbon wheels, with improved comfort and performance. New spokes and hubs give the Cosmic SL 45 Disc a light and lively feel for climbing and accelerating. Aero efficiency, quick acceleration, and the improved ride quality of UST tubeless are all achieved with this disc-brake specific wheel, featuring easier to use road tubeless technology and lighter weight.

The rim is engineered with a NACA rim profile that's 45mm deep and 23mm wide, designed specifically for all-rounder performance on flat or hilly terrain. The rim bed shape makes it easier than ever to fit tubeless and tube-type tyres. Riding UST tubeless means no tube, so no friction, and more air volume means a smoother ride. The result is a faster ride with super low rolling resistance. Refined spokes make this wheelset 80g lighter than its predecessor, the Cosmic Pro Carbon UST Disc. Combined with the Infinity hub platform, which makes the wheels feel quick and responsive out of every corner, they are stiffer and more efficient.

This Cosmic SL 45 Disc is engineered specifically for disc brakes, with an optimized spoke count and lacing. They are offered in Center Lock only and are compatible with 12mm thru-axles and can convert to quick release with included adapters. They are available for Shimano cassettes and convert to SRAM XD-R or Campagnolo with an optional driver body. These wheels are designed, engineered, and patented by Mavic in Annecy, France, and are 100% handmade in their European carbon factory.
