Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

Upgrading to a set of quality tubeless wheels is the number one way to improve the ride of your XC or gravel bike. Tubeless offers more comfort and control with less rolling resistance, and when it comes to tubeless, nothing beats the easy inflation and performance of Stan's patented Bead Socket Technology. First introduced over 15 years ago, the original Crest rim design with BST helped launch the tubeless revolution. Today's Crest S2 wheels offer quick and easy inflation, the legendary airtight seal, and a 25mm width that offers incredible stability for 40mm to 2.3" gravel and XC tyres.

Constructed of 6061 aluminium with a reinforced spoke bed and eyeletted spoke holes for strength, the Crest S2 rim is built to last. The wheelset also features fast-engaging E-sync hubs built to handle the added weight and forces of eBikes and more aggressive riders. Thanks to cromoly axles, heat treated steel ratchet rings, double row Enduro bearings, and a pawl design that reduces stress on bearings, E-sync hubs are made to roll smoother longer. The E-sync's four pawls also provide quick 8.18° of engagement. Like all Stan's wheels, the Crest S2 carries on a tradition of serviceability by using traditional J-bend spokes that are readily available.

The Crest S2 is an ideal replacement or upgrade for gravel and XC bikes. It is compatible with 6-bolt brake styles and is tubeless ready with rim tape installed. Whether rolling through your local trails, entering your first XC race, or setting out on a bikepacking gravel adventure, the Crest S2 wheelset can improve your ride.
