With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.
It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.
Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.
If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

The Boyd Kanuga FF represents the next evolution in strength for an alloy mountain bike wheelset. Designed for riders who use a full-face helmet, the Kanuga FF is engineered to handle even the harshest of rides. These wheels are manufactured in Boyd's South Carolina alloy rim facility.
The Kanuga FF features a 30mm internal width with a massive 37mm external width that incorporates a reverse hook to improve impact performance. A low rim profile adds to the compliance, while a generous 4mm spoke offset helps to keep the spoke balance evened out. The top of the rim profile features a flat shape to help protect tyres in the event of bottoming out. Everything about the Kanuga FF is designed for big-travel mountain bikes and long-term durability.
This handcrafted wheelset is laced with Pillar Wing 21 j-bend spokes and Pillar DSN double square brass nipples. A three-cross lacing pattern is built to withstand high-torque loads, and the reinforced hookless profile stands up to everything the trail can throw at it.
The Kanuga FF spins on Boyd Sixtus MTB hubs that feature 0.5 degrees of engagement, a quick-swap freehub body, and press-fit end caps. The Sixtus system is engineered to eliminate excessive drag and is E-bike rated, using wider pawl profiles to handle high torque. A unique steel phasing ring surrounding the 6-pawl mechanism staggers engagement, providing 612 points of engagement without the heavy coasting friction of traditional high-engagement designs.
