  • Popped into Balfe's Bikes yesterday with my kids bike where the brakes weren't working and multiple wires seemed to be detached or in the wrong place. I worried that it would be out of action for a while (which meant dealing with an unhappy child of course for that period!) but the staff in there were amazing, incredibly friendly and Mark (who was fantastic) sorted it all out literally within 10 minutes. Can't recommend the shop highly enough. Brilliant staff, who all know their stuff.
