The Shotgun Pro EVO is 2 seats in 1. Starting in the harnessed setup (kids 9-15kg), it transforms into the Pro seat (kids 12-27kg) when your little one is ready. The seat features a sleek, MTB-specific aesthetic with a minimal, low-profile design and an almost invisible adaptor—built to match the look and feel of high-end mountain bikes.
The customisable seat position ensures the perfect fit, clear knees, and better turning. The rail system anchors at the stem and seat post, resulting in zero frame contact, no bounce, and no flex, making it solid, stable, and ready for off-road use. The design keeps your child upright, secure, and engaged—shoulder straps stay put, and the seat angle is tailored for MTB frames.
The harnessed seat includes a childproof Fidlock buckle, 5-point harness, and sternum strap. Both seat setups meet safety standards for their age range, allowing you to ride with peace of mind, from the early years to off-road adventures.

Product Details:
- Bike Fitment: Fits almost all modern regular and electric mountain bikes with a standard 1 1/8th steerer and 10mm of clearance under the stem.
- Handlebar Fitment: The Shotgun Pro handlebars fit 31.8 or 35mm handlebar diameters, and stems up to 60mm wide.
- Included Spacers: 2 headset spacers are included for fitting to 2 separate bikes.
- Adaptors: Adaptors for bikes with integrated cables that pass through the bike's headset spacers, or proprietary headsets like Trek Knock Block, are available separately.
- Internal Cable Routing Adaptor: ICR Adaptor Kit (KRS-G2SP-ICR-01) is available separately for bikes with internal cable routing.
- Quality Inspection: The Pro EVO undergoes independent quality inspections from TUV.
- Exclusions: The Pro EVO is not recommended for bikes without front suspension, such as road bikes or beach cruisers, due to the lack of clearance between the child’s feet and the bike’s front wheel.
Age and Weight Specifications:
- Pro Harnessed Seat (Configuration 1): Suitable for children weighing 9 - 15kg (recommended age 9 months - 2 years). Before using the harnessed seat, it is recommended your child can support the weight of their own head. For kids under 1 year, please consult a pediatrician before use.
- Pro Seat (Configuration 2): Suitable for children weighing 12 - 27kg (recommended age 2 - 5 years). Before using the Pro seat, it is recommended your child can sit unaided, follow basic instructions, and stay awake for the length of your intended bike ride.
